Fernando Hernandez
Fernando Hernandez - Spanish Teacher
Hello. My name is Fernando Hernandez and I joined St. Mark School in 2021 as the Spanish Teacher. I received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from The College of Westchester. I went on to pursue a Masters Degree in Applied Psychology concentration in Community Psychology at Sacred Heart University and graduated in 2017.
I worked for two years at a special education school; first as classroom aide and substitute teacher, then as virtual classroom teacher and Transition Coordinator for high school students. During my undergraduate studies, I took three years off to do a vocational missionary experience in South America where I studied Philosophy and Theology at the Facultad de Teologia Monsignor Mariano Soler in Montevideo, Uruguay.
I am looking forward to working in a community where there are like minded people who put their faith first and strive to transmit it to the next generation.
