Steps:

Step 1 - Explore: By taking a look at our website, you are on your way to completing Step 1! Spend some time here, read About Us, review our Mission Statement and our Principal's Message, and consider what is important to you and your family. Review our Curriculum and learn about our Personalized Learning initiative.

Step 2 - Visit: Ready for a closer look at our program or want to schedule a tour? Complete an Inquiry and we will follow up with you.

Step 3 - Apply: Complete an Application by setting up an account on our admissions portal. Applying for more than one child? You will only set up one account, which can manage multiple applications.

Step 4 - Shadow/Screen (K-8): Once the application, transcripts, and recommendation forms have been received, applicants for Grades 2+ schedule a Shadow Day. Students will spend the day with their current grade level, going to classes, meeting teachers and students, meeting with our principal, and taking an assessment administered by our Learning Specialist. Students applying for Kindergarten and Grade 1 schedule a readiness assessment screening administered by the Head Teacher.

Step 5 - Financial Aid (K-8): K-8 families in need of financial assistance may apply each year to the Bishop's Scholarship Fund. The mission of the Bishop's Scholarship Fund is to help families in need afford a Catholic education. The application process opens  February 1 and awards are announced in May. More information is available about the Bishop's Scholarship Fund.

Step 6 - Enroll:
Once a student is accepted, they are invited to enroll. Via the Admissions Portal, you will complete some additional information such as emergency contacts, provide current medical information, and manage the tuition contract.
